Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
shady police actions
i'll try to make this short. went to a motel to give aquaintence a ride.went in came out got in car and was bombarded with flash lights and tons of cops. they never identified themselves.they yanked her out of car then me and took us back to her room that they proceeded to search. they searched my car and purse without my consent and not even in my presence. a female officer searched me (had to take off bra).they found nothing on me but took her on an arrest warrant i guess. cop then said he found glass pipe and scale in my purse but they would charge me with the pipe.said they had no citations on them so i would have to go to station. i was put in van with them and told ''by the way you're under arrest ha ha''.was not booked or fingerprinted. asked for car keys back cop said he didn't have them,go back to room to search myself for them.walked half mile back to search room for keys, they were'nt there. but what was left in room by them was scales, pipes and small amount of weed and meth in clear view (it was found i guess in the search).never got keys back, had to tow car to moms. multiple evidence bags left on my car also.didnt go to court,i was scared.now have bench warrant for paraphenalia.this happen 1 year ago.please help thanks.

Oh, you were arrested, and you are an innocent honest citizen, but you decided not to show up for court and now you are a fugitive. Even if you could get somebody to believe this crock of a story, you've let too much time go by to file a civil lawsuit of any type; and you are going to have to go to court and face the music or else be a fugitive forever. Maybe Mom will help you come up with the money for a lawyer.
Re: shady police actions
You should contact an attorney regarding this matter as soon as possible. Missing a court date, except in very unusual circumstances results in a bench warrant being issued. Waiting until you are arrested on the warrant will only make the situation worse.
