Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
shoplifting report not accurate
I was arrested for shoplifting but the police report submitted to the DA is a little off. It says the employee followed me out and asked me to come back in. No the bell went off and I went back in. The report says the manager searched my purse, no I took the stuff out and put it on the counter. should I mention these to my attorney

You should disclose all of the facts to your attorney. Unless you do this your attorney cannot give you the best advice.
