Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Me and my sister are were arrested on 11/20/16 for the same that we were accused of committing together we post bail for 245 pc a my sis had additional warrants(light rail) and dui 6 years old we recieved seperrate court dates yet we are co defendants also checked superior court and either of us have no court date for the 245 but my dui court is present for camille (my sister).
