Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My sister lives in CT. She has had some past disagreements with her neighbors. The 45 year-old male neighbor now slows down and gives her the finger every time he passes her in his vehicle (he will mouth the "FU" as well). I understand this is a childish act on his part, but the fact that it is a man doing it repeatedly to a woman makes me wonder if she has any legal recourse? It is inimidating and she is scared of what else he may do. Thanks for the help.
