Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was sitting outside of my boyfriends home when a woman he was involved with was there and came outside and wanted me to get outta the car. I wouldn't cus it was late and I didnt wanna fight her in the middle of the street so she started threatening me and then keyed my car which I didn't notice she did till the next morning. She's also been sending me sexually explicit photos and harassing me and threatening me through text since February. And followed my brother who is my roommate home to see where I reside. What can be done to make her pay consequences for her actions and fix my car?

First, contact the police.

Second, get litigious. Small claims court sounds appropriate here. Hiring an attorney would probably cost more than the key scratch anyway. Good luck. Contact your local Superior Court for information on how to argue your case in small claims court. Service of process will need to be initiated on the other party.
