My son is being charged w battery assualt w a deadly weapon gbi likely and a gang

Charge he admits the

Battery but not the other two I went to talk to

The police officers to see what was going on after they threatened to put him I the opposing gangs pod when they put him in jail I talked to one of the arresting officers and he told me what happened as far

As them not finding

The weapon on my son he said the other person admitted the weapon was his and stood in with it too

Protect my son who ended up getting beat up not bad but he was the one on the ground my ques is should the officer have to me this and does this jeopardize the plaintiffs case

His lawyer will need to distance him from any acts of his co-defendants.
