Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My son was convicted of a felony for assault with a deadly weapon and stalking. He served his county time and is now on probation for 3 years. He had a restraining order put out on him by one of the parties and part of his probation is no contact with that party. If that person removes the restraining order through the courts and my son has contact with him/her, will this violate his probation?? We live in the state of California.

Yes, the terms of his probation will also need to be modified.
