My son was at his fathers over the weekend (we are separated) He is 17 years old and was caught drinking and driving. At the time of the arrest his father was in the car with him, he provided the alcohol for him and then allowed him to drive him to a bar. Shouldn't his father be in trouble for allowing his minor child to do this in his presence
