Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My son filed a 1381 and 1203 on 5/25/12 it was received. On 7/13/12 Probation scheduled a VOP hearing which was dropped from calendar. Now there is another VOP hearing scheduled on 8/30/12 which is 5 days past deadline of 1381. What should we expect?

There's not enough information to give an answer. What was your son on probation for? Did he do all he was ordered to do? What is the Violation of Probation (VOP) about, do you know?

See a local attorney and give them the information is my advice ... this is just conclusions /questions, no facts (not enough)
