my son has giving a statement to the police officers with out me being there what can i do

Nothing. The police can question your son, even if he's a mInor, without notifying you or requiring that you are present.
Assuming he is now accused of something, tell him to keep his mouth shut about the situation and make NO statements about this. No Facebook, twitter, texts, etc.
Then he needs a lawyer.
