Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My son is currently incarcerated. He was arrested on an 11377 H&S charge. He was on probation when arrested. The probation was for a conviction for burglary, and he has one strike due to this conviction. My question is, is this charge considered a "wobbler" and is he eligible for any kind of court ordered drug program, in lieu of imprisonment?

The charge 11377 H+S is a wobbler. I would have to know more facts to determine if he is eligible for a diversion program. Feel free to call my office so we may learn more about your son. I wish you all the best. David Wallin
