Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My son is a minor and was subpeona'd to appear at the trial of an accused child molestor. Is there any thing I or an attorney can do to stop this from happening? He has already provided video testimony that collaborates what others have told the DA. He is frightened and does not want to testify. They also denied me the right to be there when they took the video of him and denied me the right to see the video.

This is highly suspicious, you need to retain an attorney to represent your family, and to speak with the DA, counsel and parents need to see the video, obtain a transcript, quickly.
