hi my son is in north county jail which is us marshals and fbi, he has a bond hearing on monday and a friend of his is going to put up there automotive garage to get him bailed out but my son thinks his friend has to have a clean record to bond him out? true or faulse

Generally not. But the friend may have to prove that the garage was not bought with or maintained with dirty money.

No. But if his friend has a warrant for his arrest, he will not be leaving the building.
