What sources are available to determine why a person has been incarcerated?
What sources are available to find out why a person has been jailed. ie; Brain Kakowski, Huntington Beach, Ca 92647

The LA and Orange County Jail websites have info on prisoners in their custody including the number of the Cal. Penal Code section they are alleged to have violated. Or you could go visit him in the slammer and maybe he will tell you.
