Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

my spouse put my home in her male friends name..now their trying to evict me..im a merchant marine ,all this was done while i was out at sea..The judge put a stay on the unlawfull detainer...Now Ive got a police report on them both .nothing done so far...She did file for divorce before she left...So can a person do wat she wants with community property ..When I returned home the house was empty and they left a eviction notice...Now his lawyer imformed me my home cant be put back in community assets.....Im thinking this way beyon family law this is clear case of fraud ..This man was contractor doing work..work wasnt done and they both made a back dated fake contract.This person even ask to borrow my truck cause he was short on materials...So my truck was also taken.The truck is separated property it was a gift from my brother...Even though the wife name was on reg....

I think you need a lawyer. The lawyer may be mistaken in his understanding of community property.
