what stage is it to late to fire your lawyer we are at the stage of picking a ju

my lawyer I don't think is helping but hurting me I hae allready paid him a lot of money and we are now picking a jury and he says it does not look good for something i have been set up for and he knows it I need some real help and in a hurry please help me

If you are at the point of picking a jury it is highly unlikely that a judge will let you substitute someone else in unless they are ready to proceed. Ask your lawyer to spend some time with you to explain what's happening and why so that you are comfortable with what's going on. The last thing you want is for the jury to pick up on some sort of discord between you and your lawyer.
