Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I've been stalked for months by the police because a prominent person in the community told the police something about me that isn't true. I also believe that they have put GPS tracking on my car as they know exactly where I am all the time. The have also yelled things at me to make it known that I'm being watched. I do not break any laws but I feel threatened and I don't trust the police. Do I have any rights?

Unless you take the batteries out of your cell phone, your whereabouts can be tracked whether or not there is a GPS tracking device on your car. Welcome to the surveillance era in which there is no privacy. You have the right to gripe about this state of affairs.
