Re: stalker

While Mr. Stone's answer was entertaining (hehe), I think I understand what you are asking. In family law, I have seen cases where one of the spouses will try to "get the goods" on the other spouse by going places that the other spouse goes and meeting people that the other spouse meets or knows, in order to get information. I'm aware that this also happens between acquaintances.

In today's day and age, we all need protection from people who are attempting to steal identity in order to steal services and goods under our names by using our credit card numbers, our driver's license numbers and our social security numbers.

You have a difficult situation, but if you have proof, then you need to seek a restraining order against this person. It depends on what your relationship is with this person as to whether you would seek a restraining order in civil or family law court.

If you have proof that this person has already used your identity to obtain goods or services, then you need to turn this information over to the police. If they don't do anything, keep bugging them until they do something.
