Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Stalker
I am being stalked by a ex boyfriend. He continues to use his computer to violate my passwords three times so that I have to change passwords over and over again. I can't prove it is him, but know he is the only one who would do this to me. He also has my bank account number, but violates the password. What can I do? How do I prove it is him?

Re: Stalker
You should consult with an attorney there may be sufficient facts to allow you to get a domestic violence restraining order. Also consider taking some rather extreme security steps. Individuals such as this can be very dangerous.
