My ex has been charged with stalking

and threats. He left several thratening

messages on my voicemail. I am not

going to testify and the prelim or trial.

What will happen with him and how

Re: stalking and threats

If you do not want to testify, you might have better options than risk contempt which might or might not result in jail time for you. You should consult a private lawyer for a confidential consultation and do it as quickly as possible.

Feel free to give me a call if you are looking for a lawyer in Southern California.
