Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
in the state of ca my son was sent to prsion for 2 yrs. first judge stated he did not qualify for prison 2nd judge had first judge and other in private chambers & decided to keep him for violation of probation, he did very well since he was out a police officier said he found brass knockle in our home in his dresser drawer that belong to him . because he had been in trouble in past Once....he was found quilty, judge order da to make better deal however on 2nd court charges dismissed and he got 2 yrs in prison...for voilation of probation....Even the correction office ask him who he pissed off....What can we do if anything 2 yrs state prison never been in state
