in the state of California a two party consent State. if you and another person is in the same room in a conversation and that other person turn their phone on voice recorder and record conversation without your knowledge and use it in court in a one party consent state like Kentucky?

It is illegal in California to record a conversation without the knowledge and consent of all parties, unless the parties had no reasonable expectation that the conversation would be private. Making such a recording would be a crime, and the recording itself would be inadmissible in any court proceeding with one exception -- that the government can use it when it prosecutes the person who made it.
