Out of state charges
Bench warrant in california. Need to know how to take care of it from wisconsin.warrant is 6 years old.

Generally, the defendant needs to be in court in person. However, in limited circumstances, for example, where the offense is minor, it might be possible to resolve the situation and take care of the warrant without physical presence. Feel free to call me to discuss.
