Which state in the U.S. has the most lenient drug laws?

Which states have the most lenient laws against drugs, specifically marijuana? Just curious, thanks

California has very lenient laws on marijuana. Small amounts for personal use are an infraction I believe, and some for medical purposes are exempt from prosecution. However, superimposed over that is the Federal drug laws that are being enforced against the marijuana cooperatives (for medical purposes). Why don't you do the research by looking up all the laws of the 51 (with D. C. and Peurta Rica more) jurisdictions?
