You need an attorney. This is not a question that can simply be answered without any background information that is specific to you and your case. You are going to be dealing with a few issues, such as your parole violation and the new charges. It is impossible to give you any accurate information in this type of forum. I strongly suggest you stop trying to figure this out on your own and start getting an attorney to help you. However what you should know is that any felony is very serious and can lead to prison time. If you do not know any attorneys, contact the local bar association and ask for some names from their referral list. If you can not afford an attorney, ask the court to appoint one for you at your arraignment.
Good luck,
