where can i look up the Statue of limitation for a DUI in CA? Law?

For a misdemeanor, it's one year. For a felony, it's three years. See Penal Code sections 801 and 802 (plus the exceptions for life offenses, certain sex offenses, frauds and DNA cases in the adjacent sections.
