statue of limits- federal narcotics trafficing

1) what is the statue of limits on the federal narcotics traficing charges (or conspiracy).

2)same question for tax evavision or money landering

3)Also state laws for CA NY And IL may apply to me.

4)i am currently outside USA and my passport has expired. I wish to get legal here. Will the consolate give me a passport or will asking get me extradited?

5)How can i find out if there is a federal warrent for my arrest?

6)I have a life here now and do not wish to return. If i am conviceted of a felony will I be permitted to obtain a passport and leave USA after incarcertion?

7) If i am only wanted for questioning will USA request my extadition?
