stay out of prison
My fiance was arrested on ''Petty Theft'' charges. He has a prior burglary charge which he did 1 year prison for. will he go back to prison and if so for how long. Also he was on parole too.

The theft is a violation of his parole and he faces upto one year in prison for the parole violation. The theft could be charged as a felony and could result in a two to four years in prison sentence. His chances of staying out of prison is slim.
