Now how does that happen in the workplace unless the "client" is using the company computer and email system to communicate with the attorney? And if it's the company email system, there's no expectation of privacy in the emails. They are the property of the employer and if some other employee brought them to the attention of the employer, too bad. Don't use the company email system to say anything to your attorney that you don't want your employer to read.
