Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
my step daughter was with 4 people in a car , apparently 1 one the guys o.d. on heroin, instead of just taking the guy to the e.r. ,they decided to take him at a gas station call 911 and leave .sadly the man died.what if any , could be the legal ramifications for her and anyone else involved.?
