Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
stolen cashier's check
I found 3 $100 blank cashier's checks on the ground one day. I cashed them at a bank about a week later. I was wondering what legal punishment I could face if caught. It would be my first offense.

No crime. Finders keepers. Unless you had some reason to know they were stolen.
