Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Stolen Email
My ex came to visit my teen kids. I was not home. While they were getting ready, he went to my computer and forward company confidential information to his personal email address. He is utilizing that information against my employer which may lead to my termination. What can I legally do?

Re: Stolen Email
Assuming that you were not violating any company rules by having the information on your home computer then contact your employer and the police regarding the theft of this information.
