If I was stopped for a traffic violation and refused to take the drunk driving test, do I have a right to the police report? And how soon do they have to make it available to me? Sandra

You have a right to the police report when, and if, the government files charges against you or, the DMV begins proceedings to suspend your license for a refusal. Given the little information you provided, it's hard to respond any more specifically.

Good luck.
