Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Hi, I'm doing a story so I have a hypothetical question. If a boy (about 19 y.o.) is charged with rape of a 16 y.o., goes to trial, it's a he-said she-said type of case, the girl commits suicide while trial still going on, will the trial continue or will case be dropped?
