I presume your question isAn what are you looking at. As a 2nd strike, you are presented with dou ling the base term, which without me looking at the penal code for punishment for felon in possession of a weapon, I think your exposure is about 6 to 8 years (depending on if the charge is a 3 or 4 year top). So the DA will offer about 32 months to 4 years at 80 percent time concurrent with the parole violation. You might want to seek counsel. I wish you well .......... David Wallin
