Three Strike Law
My husband is been charge for shoplifting with two prior burgaries(felonies). What could possibly happen to him?(there's never been any violance involved and the item was under $100.00 Dlls.).

Depending on where it occurred, he could be charged with a 3d strike and, if convicted, sentenced to 25 years to life or more. Apparently, you kne,w this based on the title of your inquiry. Of course, there's no way to KNOW what's going to happen until it happens. It's entirely up to the District Attorney's office now.
