strike laws for first time offenders & defense against robbery
How does the strike law affects 1st offenders? Can you serve 1/2 time w/ a strike on first offense? Can you strike a confession? Vandalism: definition & max time that can be given. Is there any defese against robbery crimes?

1. Doesn't affect first time felonies except it is a 1st Strike. You do 50% time.
2. A confession is always subject to being striken due to various circumstances. However, it'll have to be done by a motion before the trial.
3. Vandalism would have to be pretty bad to be treated as a felony. And it could be anything from no time and restitution to six months in the county jail.
4. There's always defenses against robberies. The best defense is not to do them, and raise that.
