Three Strikes Law
What kind of sentence can a person get on a three strikes case when they failed to appear at court the day of the verdict which ended in a hung jury?

Re: Three Strikes Law
A hung jury means that the jury could not reach a unanimous verdict. There was no conviction at that time. thus no sentence on the third strike.
However, the court no doubt issued a bench warrant for the defendant. This may result in the defendant remaining in jail until there is either a new trial or the district attorney dismisses the case.
