I have 3 issues: 1. what is the retroactive/applicable date for the three strikes law; does it apply to a case disposed of in 1981?
2. what is a ''Pitchess'' motion or info on this case
3. Info or citattion to the ''LaBlanca'' case re: search & seizure?

Re: three strikes law retroactivity
Three strikes applies to any criminal act committed since the date of enactment. Any criminal conviction of a strike at any time in the past is considered in sentencing.
