Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Three Strikes Laws - From Misdemeanor to Gas Chamber
What are the current applications of the ''Three Strikes'' law in California with relation to a woman ''Whistle Blower'' due to OCSD beatings and malicious prosecution? The woman's record now reflects 3 possible strikes on misdemeaners. ALthough the probation is 6 mo. away from completion, there are those worried as to her intent to pursue justice and are pushing another violation for 'supposed non-contact'. The threat is that one more and your gone for life. My Question is: Is this possible.
Can they Superior Court really do this?

Re: Three Strikes Laws - From Misdemeanor to Gas Chamber
The "three strikes law" doesn't apply to misdemeanors. Other than that your question is unintelligible.
