Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

i was struck by my ex girlfriend over eight times in the face, and in self defence i pushed her away, after that her friend came at me swinging so i pushed her away also, but in doing so she fell down, i left and never seen them agan , now this past friday i got a warrent for my arrest for domistic violence what are my options

You need to get a lawyer. If you cannot afford one, the Public Defender will be appointed. If you prove you were acting in self defense you should be found not guilty.

In any case do not talk to the police or an investigator from the DA's office without your lawyer present.

Do not speak to law enforcement. The police report makes you the "primary aggressor". So get a lawyer who knows how to handle these matters. I wish you well................... David Wallin
