Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

subject

what would happend to a person that is ilegal and doesn't do what the judge said and like 2 years later gets arrested. Would they sent the person back to jail, to there country or can they pay.

Depending on what the terms of probation were, and what the crime was, person can be sent to jail for vioalting probation, or probation can be revocked and reinstated. Immigration can also pick him/her up.

I've read the other replies and will only suppliment it.

Immigration picking up illegals upon their release from jail is random right now. And if he owes on a fine the judge will probably give him jail time.
