can i be subpeopnoed to testify in a criminal case against my ex where i am the alleged victim IF I currently have an open criminal case where HE is the victim?

Sure. And he can be subpoenaed to testify against you. The fact that criminal charges are pending against you does not make you immune to the court's subpoena power.
