summary probation in the same county
if i am on summary probation in the same county and get a new case and put on summary probation and its in the same county...does the last probation superceed the first probation? can a person be on more than 1 summary probation at the same time in the same county?

Yes, you can be on two separate different summary probations in the same county. They can be independent of each other.
