What happens if I was Supeona'd for a court hearing as a witness and I did not show up? Who do I talk to?

you talk to the party that supeonaed you. not showing up is contempt of court and you could be subject to fine or county jail time. if the party did not need your testomony then you may be off the hook. Talk to them on the phone.
