Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Survior wanting Justice

Do I have any legal ground to presue an individual who molested me as a child. This particular situation started whe I was 4 and continued until I was 15. Age 15 was the last act, however his constant attempts to convience me to agree to these acts were endless every time I saw him until I was 19. My concern it this, I know he is a very violent man, of which objectifies women and feels he can take what ever he wants from whom ever he wants. He is currently living with a woman and her children, not to mention he has a young daughter of his own. Also he has a long history of drug abuse, while spending most of his life in and out of jails and prisions. I had the opportunity to confront him a few months ago and it made me realize someone has to stand up to this man or he will continue to abuse, rape, and harm people. I do know of other women (past girlfriends of his) of which he has harmed. Finaly I have found the courage to do something, however I am not certain what to do. How does the law read in regards to this matter.

Re: Survior wanting Justice

Absolutely

He should be hounded by the devils of Hades to the very depths of hell. Each child has a God given right to grow up pure and cherished by the adults in their lives.

And you have the power to send him to his just desserts. You can rescue children that he is molesting, and children he will start molesting when he gets a chance.

The statute of limitation on child molestation is very long. Go immediately to your police and report it. There are some really cool police officers of both sexes on the child molestation units. I spent two and a half months of my life defending a child molestation case. The D. A. was a wonderful lady. If I had to walk into a bikers' bar populated with Hells' Angels tomorrow I'd want her or a Marine Corps' rifle company with me.

If you're scared let me know, and I'll walk you through it.

I had a buddy that was shot down in Laos, staked out, and skinned alive. He didn't deserve what he got. This man does deserve to be skinned alive. I'm the brother of three sisters, father of four daughters, and grandfather of three granddaughters. Hell hath no fury like this man should experience.

If the police don't want to investigate your complaint. Wait a time then go directly to the D. A.
