Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Suspended License, 3rd offense
My license was suspended due to unpaid tickets. I am now paying those tickets off, but within the past year and a half I have been ticketed for driving with a suspended license three times. On my second offense I was sentenced to 3 years informal probation, and about 3 months later I recieved my latest ticket for driving with a suspended license. They sentenced me to 60 days in jail. Are there any alternatives?? I am in Solano County.

Alternatives to what? It's probably too late to complain about your sentence; even if it isn't, there may not be much you can do at this point. The best advice I can offer is to stop driving with a suspended license.
