Re: Telephone tap
In nutshell, that means do not say anything over the phone that will incriminate you. Looks like you or someone related to you is under some kind of investigation. Hire a lawyer to look into it and straighten it out. If you try to handle it yourself by talking to the DA etc., chances are you will do or say something which might hurt you. DO NOT TALK TO THE COPS OR THE DA if there is even an outside chance you might be accused of a crime. When they say anything you say will be used against you they actually mean exactly what they say.

Re: Telephone tap
Th DA obtained a signed order from the court to listen in to your telephone conversations. This is ofcourse an invasion of privacy issue and implicates your rights to privacy under the 4th ammendment. Your attorney should demand that the DA supply you with proof of the wire tap order and the supporting declarations as well as a copy of all recordings made.
