Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
About ten years ago i was arrested when i was taking to police staition. Well you know when you catch a fish and hold it up and take a picture well thats what they did to me. To of them grabed me from the each shoulder while another took a ploroid picture of us. They were all laughing and joked about it. If i wasnt so dumb back then iwould of had some kind of legal action. My question is could of i done something and if so can i now. The officer still works for them. I bet there would be a way to have him admit that happened. thanks

I don't know whether you could have "done something," but after 10 years you have no ability to sue anyone because the legal time limits have expired.
The time for you to file a claim, and a corresponding lawsuit has long since expired.
I agree with Mr. Stone and Mr. Roach that, after ten years, it is too late to file a lawsuit. It is not clear that you would ever have had a viable lawsuit, since I do not see how the officers' actions violated your rights in any significant way.
