terminating attourney
need to know if there is a certain deadline you have to terminate your attourney? does it have to be before the prelim? or can a defendant do it at any given time?

Re: terminating attourney
The court will not allow you to file your attorney just before the prelim or the trial. As waiting until just before these events will interfere with the court process.
